Facility Use Request Form

Please complete the form below to request use of a field, beach or other facility. Please be aware that Grinnell's Beach is not available for reservation.

 

Additionally, a submission is not a guarantee of approval. The Recreation Commission will review your request at our monthly meeting. Please have your submission in at least one week prior to the Recreation Commission meeting.
